We were looking for a quiet and spacious place to stay with our 7-month-old baby. The rooms are well-thought-out, spacious, and well-climatised. The bathroom is beautiful and comfortable. The pool area is clean and private, surrounded by hedges. The whole property is like a big park with a small lake and well-kept green spaces. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is exceptional, with a variety of fresh and delicious options.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Helpful staff. Room comfortable and spacious. Free coffee and the in the room. Driving instructions to reach the hotel (from the hotel site) are very accurate, otherwise you will get lost in your way from the motorway to the hotel.
Reception closes at 8.00 pm and you are left on your own; your room door is the only protection from the outside.

The pool was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and felt like a private apartment. Great location for touring Tuscany.
The breakfast lacked variety and options. The property felt a bit isolated and required a car to get around.

This is a great place from all points of view. Comfortable, clean, excellent breakfast, situated near an impressive mansion, in the middle of a large, beautiful park, this is one of the best places we've stayed in a long time. Personnel is wonderful, offering great restaurant suggestions. For those who want to visit Florence there is excellent train connection available, it takes only 15 minutes to get to the heart of Florence. We which we can come back one day.
Nothing negative to say about this place, maybe only the noise from the cleaning ladies in the morning, want it or not you'll wake up at 8:00am. But it didn't take away from the experience.

Warm recommendations for the hotel. Excellent location near Florence, but far away enough to have a peaceful holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful, very nicely designed rooms, very clean and well maintained, with it's own grounds, with hiking paths, a lake, lots of trees. The breakfast was excellent, very tasteful and with a lot of options. And the staff... the staff is a story for itself. So warm, friendly and eager to help they literally make you feel like you're home. Our best regards and wishes to Ale&company. Marijana&Milorad.

Finally found a quiet, clean place to escape Florence chaos. Staff were shockingly helpful and attentive. I didn't realize I needed a personal tour guide, but they insisted on giving me tips for exploring the area. So annoying.

The staff is very kind!! Especially Alessandro, the manager of the hotel. We stayed there during the football match. And the hotel arranged a nice evening with typical Toscany food, and a big screen to watch the match. The manager said to us that he wants to arrange more evenings like this for the gasts. Also the swimmingpool was great. And the most I love was the hotelroom, very romantic and very big. Florence is nearby, easy to reach by train within 15 minutes.
In the room there is a aircosystem that works fine. But it is a litlebit noisy. That is the only thing!!
